A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED

CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~nicipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes.

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
A~,aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FIRST WESTERN ,BANK AND_
~UST COMPANY, a, Banking Corporation, organized under the laws

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and,
public utili~~oses
...... , and more particularly described as follows~
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 60.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Katella Avenue) of the East 13
acres of that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, Page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, 487.2 feet
West of the Southeast corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter; and running thence West along the South
line of said Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, 835
feet to the Southwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter, said point being 1329.3 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said Section 20; thence North along the
West line of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section, to a point 30 feet South of the North line
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter; thence
East along the last mentioned line 835 feet; thence South
to the point of beginning.
