A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIWG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for ~nicipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
]~ublic utility p~urpgses
and
WHEREAS, the owners___ of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
A~aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW.~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of TED F. SHELLEY~ a married
m~d. ADELE SHELLEY~ his wife~ and-~?BERT D. LYSIAK, a
~rr_ied-m~, and DOLORES RosE LYSIAK, his Wife~ ~ _
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
j~ublic utility purposes
, and more particularly described as fOllows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under, along and across the North 60.00 feet (as mea-
sured at right angles from ti~e center line of Katella
Avenue) of the West 150.00 feet of the East 270.00
feet of the North 330.00 feet of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
be, and the same is hereby, accept-ed by the. City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Auahexm accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to payto the
oma%er or owners of said real property, Out of Gengral Funds of
~he City of Anaheim, th~ sum of One Dollar
