City Council, to be made and entered into by and between the
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, State of
~a!ifornia and the Ci.~y of Anaheim, relating to the relocation
of certain utility facilities in the construction area of the
Santa Ana Freeway widening, in the City of Anaheim between
~outh ~treet and the Santa Aha River, be and the same is
hereby approved; and that the 'Otmlities Director and the City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and they are hereby authorized
=c~ execute said Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-2929 for and on
