A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF' ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE
~_PURPOSES.
I~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for water line
purposes .....
and'
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ------
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of _CELEST. IAL HOMES; INC..

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real'
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for water
line purposes
, and more particularly described as fOllows'
An easement for the installation and maintenance of
an eight-inch water line over, under and across those
portions of Tract 5229, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 192, pages 11 and 12 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 10.00 feet and the North-
westerly 10.00 feet of Lot 8 of said Tract 5229.
PARCEL TWO: The Northerly 5.00 feet of Lots 17, 30
and 34 of said Tract 5229.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim~ and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER .RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, aud he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of Gen~eral Funds of
l:he City of A~aheim, th~ sua of One Dollar ($1.00).
