A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE
PUR____POSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real pr~o. perty
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for sewer ilne
And '
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of _SANTA ANA VALLEY IRRIGA-
TION GOMPANY , ,,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for sewer
, and more particularly described as follows'
An easement for the installation of a sewer line under and across
a strip of land 30 feet in width lying within Lot 3 of the
Dominguez Estate, as shown on a Map filed in Book 2,page 15 of
Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County, California, the center line of said 30.00 strip
being described as follows:
Co~mmencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Santa Aha
Canyon Road and Placentia-Yorba Road, as shown on saidmap of
Domznguez Estate; thence North 00° 26' 32" East along the center
line of Placentia-Yorba Road a distance of 76.93 feet to the
intersection of the Northerly right of way line of Santa Ana
Valley Irrigation Canal and the centerline of Placentia-Yorba
Road; thence South 61° 59' 26" East along said Northerly right
of way line of Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Canal a distanceoof
131.11 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 00 00'
00" a distance of 46.00 feet, more or less, to the intersection
with the Northerly line of Old Santa Ana Canyon Road, as shown
on a Map of Tract 936, as per Map recorded in Book 30, pages 1
and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
The East and West line of said strip to be lengthened or shortened
as the case may be to coincide with the Northerly right of way
line of the Santa Ana Valley Irrigation Canal and the Northerly
right of way line of the above mentioned Old Santa Ana Canyon

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anahe£m accept a convey-
ance of said preperty.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, aud' he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
0~.~.or owners of said real property, Out of .General Funds of
t~e ity of Anaheim, the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00). · ·
