64-151Planning Building Dir. Pub.Works Engineering RESOLUTION NO. 64R 151 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING SERVICE STATION MINIMUM SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. WHEREAS, Chapter 18.40, Section 18.40.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code provides that all automobile service stations shall be developed and maintained in accordance with Service Station Site Development Standards adopted by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the service station minimum site development standards as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, are appropriate standards for all automobile service stations hereafter established in the City of Anaheim, and that such standards are adequate to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens and residents of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun- cil of the City of Anaheim that the service station minimum site development standards described in Exhibit "A", at- [ached hereto and made a part hereof, be, and that they are hereby adopted as the "Service Station Minimum Site Developme~'~t Standards" for all automobile service stations hereafter established in the City of Anaheim; and that all automobile service stations shall be developed and maintained in accordance with said standards, with the exception of those stations for which building permits were issued prior to the adoption of this resolution.
