A XESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7006 Gl~aJYr-
lNG CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO~ 121.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
June 27, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7006 granting Conditional Use
Permit No. 121 permitting the operation of an overnight trailer
park on the property therein described, subject to certain con-
ditions set forth in said resolution; and°
WHEREAS, the attorney for the petitioner has requested
the City Council to delete certain restrictions imposed on the
property by Conditional Use Permit No. 121, inasmuch as the pattern
of development in this particular area has been established and
said restrictions are no longer necessary, and are creating a hard-
ship in the operation of said trailer park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request should
be granted and said Resolution No. 7006 amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ?,ESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7006, granting Conditional Use
Permit No. 121, be and 'the same is hereby amended as follows:

That the time limitation for the operation of
said trailer park be and the same is hereby
removed·
·
That the maximum size of any trailer permitted
to park overnight in said park shall not exceed
the size prescribed by the State Permit for said
trailer park.
·
That no trailer shall be permitted to park or
stay in said park for a period exceeding ninety
(90) days.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved, and signed by me
this 10th day of March, 1964.
