A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIWG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY' FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for m~nicipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and
public utility pu___rposes - ;
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has_
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANP. F. C~Ir~T¥ R~n~!$T
CHURCH. a........religious corporation,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 45.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Dale Avenue) of the portion
of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the Easterly line of said South
half, North 0° 09~ 30" East 396.40 feet from the Southeast
corner thereof; thence North 0° 09' 30" East 263.50 feet
to the Northeast corner of said South half, being the
Southeast corner of Tract No. 2705, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 76, page 1 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County; thence South 89° 59' 26" West 333.25
feet along the Northerly line of said South half to the
Northeast corner of Lot 44 of Tract No. 2228, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 69, page 34 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; thence South 0° 09' 30"
West 263.50 feet along the Easterly line of said Lot 44 and
its Southerly prolongation to a line parallel with the
Northerly line of said South half asd passing through the
point of beginning; thence North 89 59' 26" East 333.25
feet to the point of beginning.
