A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC .UTILITY
POWER LINE AND CROSS-ARM OVERHANG ?URPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for nmnicipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility power line and cross-arm overhang purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of CLARENCE W. MAUERHAN,
a married man, and ELIZABETH MAUERHAN, hi.s wife, ....
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public.
utility power line and cross-arm overhan~ purposes

An easement for public utility power lines and
cross arms overhang purposes over and across
that parcel of land described as follows:
The Southerly three (3.00) feet of the Northerly
283.00 feet of the Westerly 200.00 feet of Lot,
One of the Walnut Colony Tract, as shown on a
Map filed in Book 1, page 14 of Record of Surveys
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the North line
of said Lot One is assumed to be the center line
of Katella Avenue on the North and all dimensions
used are from the center line of said road.
