A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and
public utility p_urposes ,
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of _H. H. RAASE and KATHERINE
HAASE; husband and wife~
to sell to the City ~-f Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes__
, and more particularly descriSed as follows'
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across the Westerly 53.00 feet, as measured from the
center line of State College Boulevard, of the following
described parcel of land:
Gommencing at a point 528.98 feet South of the Northwest
corner of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Misce~aneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, running thence East
at right angles to the West line of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 12, 579.71 feet
to a point; thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a
point 424.25 feet South of the Northeast corner of the South
half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
said Section 12; thence North 88 feet to a point; thence
West 1320 feet, more or less, to the West line of said
Northwest quarter of the ~ortgwest quarter of said Section
12; thence South along said line 192.73 feet to the point
of beginning.
