A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY P_______~OSES._ .................
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of $OICHIRO HORI and
CHIKAK0. MARY HORI, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following desCribed real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility pRrpose_~s
, and more particularly described as follows'
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Westerly 32 feet, as
measured at right angles to the center line of
Dowling Avenue, of Lots 4 and 6 of Block 4 of the
Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
For the purpose of this description, the Westerly
line of said Lots 4 and 6 is assumed to be the
center line of Dowling Avenue.
