A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-67
NUNC PRO TUNC, TO CORRECT A CLERICAL ERROR IN THE
DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCT NO. 36.
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of February, 1964, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 64R-67 calling and giving notice of
the holding of a General Municipal Election, and designating certain polling
places and naming election officers in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error the polling place
for Votinq Precinct 36 was incorrectly designated; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this City Council to amend
Resolution No. 64R-67 to correct such clerical error.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R-67 be and the same is hereby amended nunc
pro tunc in the following respect only:
"VOTING PRECINCT 36, comprising regular election precincts Anaheim
63 and Anaheim 236.
