64-111RESOLUTION NO. 64R-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-519 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62-63-113. WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on June 18, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R-519 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-113 finding and determining that the pro- perty and area therein described should be excluded from the zones in which it was and is now situated and incorporated in C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE and R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set forth in said reso- lution, and subject to certain conditions specified therein; and WHEREAS, the developer of subject property has sub- mitted revised plans for the development of subject property to the City Council for approval, and has requested a waiver of the sidewalk construction requirement along Ball Road, until the Ball Road frontage is developed, and a waiver of the condi- tion requiring the recordation of a final tract map of a portion of subject property since the plans have been changed and there will be no need for the filing of a tract map; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request should be granted and certain of the conditions of Resolution No. 63R-519 amended to effect the changes above mentioned; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zones and completing said reclassification proceedings. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-519 in Reclassi- fication Proceedings No. 62-63-113 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Conditions Nos. 4, 7, 10 and 12 thereof to read as follows: 4. That sidewalks shall be constructed along Ball Road as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, prior to final building inspection of any development along the Ball Road frontage. · That a Final Tract Map of Portion "B" of subject property shall be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, or that dedication of Dauphin, Beacon and Brookmore Streets shall be made by deed; PROVIDED, however, that should the dedication be made by deed, all of the conditions required by the City Engineer's Office shall be complied with. 10. That subject property shall be developed substan- tially in accordance with Exhibits Nos. 1 through 9, Revision No. 2, and 10 through 21. 12. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3(b) and 8 above- mentioned shall be complied with within a period of 180 days from date hereof, or such further time as the City Council may grant. -1- 6g-63-113 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 63R-519 be, and remain in full force and effect.
