A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES. ...........
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners___ of said property have
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE,~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

MAE BELL, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
- - , and more particularly described as follows'
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of
Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; the
corner being the center line intersection of Orange Avenue with
the center line of Knott Avenue; thence Northerly along the
center line of said Knott Avenue a distance of 332.61 feet, more
or less, to an intersection with the Westerly prolongation of
the Southerly line of Tract No. 2863, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 115, pages 18 and 19 of Miscellaneous ~8~s re-
cords of Orange County, California; thence North 89 il"
East 53.00 feet along the said Westerly prolongation of a por-
tion of the Southerly line of said Tract No. 2863, to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Easterly
of the center line of said Knott Avenue; thence Southerly along
the last mentioned parallel line a distance of 262.44 feet, more
or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
easterly and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Southerly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 07' 25"
an arc distance of 39.32 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 45.00 feet Northerly (as measured at right
angles) from the center line of Orange Avenue; thence North 89°
38' 30" East tangent to said curve along the last mentioned
parallel line a distance of 435 feet, more or less, to an inter-
section with the East line of the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 14;
thence Southerly along a portion of the East line of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of said Section 14 to the center line of said Orange Avenue;
thence Westerly along the center line of said Orange Avenue to
the point of beginning.
