A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR EASEME~TS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES~
WHEREAS, the C£ty Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit:" Easen~ents for public utility

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, nhe City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
than it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and .purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

property situated {n the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for public utility
, and more p~.rticul scribed as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement over, under and across the following described
portions of lots of Tract No. 5114, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 187, pages 13 and. 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, said easement being for installation
and maintenance of poles and electric power lines:
The Northerly 3.00 feet of Lots 1, 3 and 5;
The Easterly 3.00 feet of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9;
The Southerly 3.00 feet of Lots 6, 7 and 9; and
The Westerly 3.00 feet of Lots 3 and 7.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for crossarms and electric power lines over and
across the following portions of lots of said Tract 5114:
The Southerly 2.00 feet of the Northerly 5.00 feet of
Lots 1, 3 and 5;
The Westerly 2.00 feet of the Easterly 5.00 feet of Lots 1,
2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9;
The Northerly 2.00 feet of the Southerly 5.00 feet of
Lots 6, 7 and 9;
The Easterly 2.00 feet of the Westerly 5.00 feet of Lots 3
and 7.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ante of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED chat the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum cf One Dollar
