A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
. public utility_purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of UNITED CALIFORNIA_ BANK,
. a Californj~_qrporati_on;
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purpose_s
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 1, Tract 829, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 31, page 49 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 25.22 feet Easterly from the
Northwest corner of said Lot 1, said point being the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly
and Southweosterly along said curve through a central
angle of 89 54' 00" an arc distance of 23.53 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and
distant 45.00 feet Easterly, as measured at right
angles, from the center line of Harbor Boulevard;
thence Northerly parallel with the center line of
said Harbor Boulevard to the intersection with the
North line of said Lot 1; thence Easterly along
said North line to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor off the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, autherized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
