A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GFJ!NT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR }tOAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUPfPOSES . -- '"
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and
public ut ility~rposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and.
oubiic utility 'purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility pur-
poses over, under, along and across the following

Lot A, Tract 2757, as sho~,m on a Map recorded in
Book~. !05, pages.. :. 2~7!i and 29 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Oran!se County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by :he C~ty Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City ef Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~hat the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum cf One Dollar (~1~00).
