A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-63 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 62-63-38.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 22, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R-63 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 62-03-38 finding and determining that the property
and area therein described should be excluded from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-
AGRICULTURAL ZONE and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 8 and 9~of said resolution
read as follows:
"8. That the open areas between buildings Nos. 1
and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6; and 7 and 8 shall be
enclosed and developed as usable recreational
areas.
"9. That the completion of these reclassification
proceedings is contingent upon the,granting
of Conditional Use Permit No. 317.'
AND WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of
subject property have been submitted to the City Council for
approval, and all proceedings in connection with Conditional
Use Permit No. 317 have been terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Conditions Nos. 8
and 9 should, therefore, be deleted from Resolution No. 63R-63.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-63 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 62-63-38 be, and the same is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom Conditions Nos. 8 and 9.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 4th day of February, 1964.
