A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R~970
IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63-64-30.
WHERFJ~S, the City CoUncil did heretofore, to wit, on
December 10, 1963, adopt Resolution No. 63R-970 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 63-64-30 finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be excluded from
R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE and incorporated in R-3,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions
therein~set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of'Resolution No. 63R-970
reads as follows- ~
That a final tract maP of subject property shall
be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder."
AND WHEREAS, the applicant for said change of zone has
requested that immediate compliance with Condition No. 1 of
said resolution not be required, inasmuch as the property is
not being subdivided but is being developed as a planned com-
mercial and R-3 project on a single lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 63R-970 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63-64-30 be, and the same is hereby
amended by amending Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows-
"1. (a)
That the owner of subject property shall grant
to the City of Anaheim easements for street,
alley and drainage purposes, approved by the
City Attorney, and as shown on Exhibit No. 1,
Revision No. 2 on file with the City of Anaheim,
or as required in Condition No. 2 of Resolution
No. 63R-866 of the City Council.
That a bond in an amount determined necessary by
the City Engineer, and approved as to form by
the City Attorney, shall be posed with the City
to guarantee the construction of all improvements
as required by the City of Anaheim.
(c) That a final tract map of subject property shall
be submitted to and approved by the City Council
and recorded in the Office of the Orange County
Recorder within six months from date hereof, or
such further time as the City Council may grant."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 63R-970 be, and remain in full force and effect.
