A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED-
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH SPECIAL USE PERMIT
NO. 84.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on November 15, 1960,
the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 6458 'granting
Special Use Permit No. 84 to CINDERELLA CONSTRUCTION, INC.
to construct a commercial improvement, consisting of two
hospitals, on the property therein described, subject to
certain conditions specified in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the conditions set forth in said resolution have not
been complied with by the petitioner, and that all proceedings
in connection with said Special Use Permit should, therefore,
be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Special Use Permit No. 84 be, and the same are hereby termi-
nated, and that Resolution No. 6458 granting said Special
Use Permit be, and the same is hereby declared to be null
and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of January, 1964.
