A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYIMG TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR _ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
mublic utility purposes

WHEREAS, the owner_a- of said property ha__v_fl_ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Av~aheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HENRy M, PLOU and .
ANGELA M. PLOU. husband_and wife, .....
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
...and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Westerly 32.00 feet (as measured at right angles
to the center line of Grand Avenue) of the West
half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 152.42 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that land lying Northerly
of the North line of the South 1 acre of the Northerly
8.13 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of said Section 11.
