OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A ORANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY-OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
real
property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner ..... of said property has
to sell and convey the same'"t'0 the City; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at
right angles from the center line of Knott Avenue) of the
following described land:
The North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 1~, Township ~
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book ~1, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a, point in the Westerly line of said Section 14,
South 0° 15' ~45" East 67Z~.L~2 feet from the West quarter cor-
ner of said Section; thence North $9° 36' ~0" East 662.8~
feet to a point; thence South 0° 16t East 337.18 feet to a
