A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GR~NT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit' An easement for pnbl

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have__~ offered
to sell and convey the same t---~ the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FRITZ GOOSSEN$, a married
man, and ROSE GOOSSE~_his wife~
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for ..~ubltc
utility purposes
, and more particularly described as f011ows'
An easement for public utility cross arms and electric power line
overhang purposes over and across the Northerly 3.00 feet of that
portion of Lot. 25 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a Map of Sur-
vey by William Hamel, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages
i62 and 16l~, inclusive, of Los Angeles County Maps, Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corr~r of said Lot 25, said corner
beln9 also the intersection of the center line of Los Angeles
Street with the South line of Section 15, Township ;% South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M., as shown on said Map of Anaheim Extension;
thence aloud the Westerly line of said Lot 25 (center line of Los
Angeles Street) North 1~~ 30' 00" West a distance of l%17.85 feet
to the Southerly line of the land conveyed to Herman Henry Bruns
and Edna Em~na Bruns by deed recorded in Book 792, page 12 of of-
ficIal records; thence alon9 said Southerly line North 7~~ 30~ 00"
East a distance of 512.h3 feet; thence South 0~ 03~ 00" East a
distance of 539.27 feet to a point in the Southerly line of said

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 300 feet measured at right
angles to the Westerly line of said Lot 25.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 70.00 feet conveyed to
Chrysler Motors Corp. in deed recorded October 15, 1963 in Book.
