ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
April 6, 2004
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Curt Pringle, Authority Members: Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on April 2,
2004 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Curt Pringle called the regular meeting to order at 5:23 P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-2:
Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve Consent Calendar Items 1-2, seconded by
Authority Member Tait. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Authority Members:
McCracken, Tait, Chavez and Hernandez. Noes- 0. Motion carried.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Cooperation Agreement
with the City of Anaheim to transfer funds from the City to the Housing Authority to
implement the City's HOME-funded Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program (Related
to Council Item A9).
2. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held March 30, 2004.

There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing Authority
Meeting at 5:24 P.M.
