ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Agency Members: Shirley McCracken, Bob Hernandez,
Tom Tait and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, and Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
April 2, 2004 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:19 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Alma Ramirez, resident, requested information on the property adjacent to Golden Skies Mobile
Home park.
Robed Moore, resident, commented on the professional qualities of Elisa Stipkovich, Executive
Director of Community Development.
CONSENT CALENDAR - ITEM 1:
1. Approve minutes of the Agency meeting held March 30, 2004.
Agency Member McCracken moved approval of Consent Calendar Item 1, seconded by Agency
Member Hernandez. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members:
McCracken, Tait, Hernandez, and Chavez. Noes- 0. Motion Carried.
Chairman Pringle recessed the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency at 5:23 P.M.
At 6:10 P.M., Chairman Pringle reconvened the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to consider
Item 2 of the agenda.
Award an agreement for public work to the lowest responsible bidder, American Heavy
Moving & Rigging, Inc., in the amount of $41,795, for the relocation of one residential
structure from 1129 West Center Street to 1231 West Center Street and authorize the
Executive Director to Community Development
Agency Member Hernandez moved approval of Item 2, seconded by Agency Member
McCracken. Roll Call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members: McCracken, Tait,
Hernandez, and Chavez. Noes- 0. Motion Carried.
