A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING _A. GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR A 1tlATER LINE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of A aheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described re 1 property
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for a ater line
and
WHEREAS, the owner___ of said property has
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Coun.cil of the City of A aheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
