A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING AND ADOPTING RULES GOVERNING PARTICIPATION AND
PREFERENCES BY PROPERTY OWNERS AND REENTRY AND
PREFERENCES BY BUSINESS OCCUPANTS IN THE ANAHEIM STADIUM
PROJECT AND DIRECTING THAT SUCH RULES BE MADE AVAILABLE
FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION
WHEREAS, under Section 33339 of the Health and Safety Code, a redevelopment agency
shall provide for participation in the development of property in the Project Area by the owners of all
or a part of such property; and
WHEREAS, Section 33339.5 of the Health and Safety Code provides that a redevelopment
agency shall extend reasonable preferences to persons engaged in business in the Project Area to
reenter in business within the redeveloped area if they otherwise meet the requirements prescribed by
the recovery plan; and
WHEREAS, Section 33345 of the Health and Safety Code provides that a redevelopment
agency shall adopt and make available for public inspection rules to implement thc operation of owner
participation in connection with a recovery plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AS FOLLOWS:
1. The "Rules Governing Participation and Preferences by Property Owners and Reentry
and Preferences by Business Occupants in the Anaheim Stadium Project" are hereby approved and
adopted.
2. The Executive Director of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized
and directed to make the Rules available for public inspection.
