RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENTING
TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED RECOVERY PLAN FOR
THE ANAHEIM STADIUM EARTHQUAKE DISASTER RECOVERY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Community Redevelopment Commission has prepared,
pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34000 et seq., a Recovery Plan for the Anaheim
Stadium Earthquake Disaster Recovery Project ("Project"); and
WHEREAS, Section 34000 of the Health and Safety Code authorizes a joint public
hearing on the proposed Recovery Plan with the consent of the Commission, the Agency and
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
as follows:
1. The Agency hereby consents to a joint public hearing on the proposed
Recovery Plan for the Project and requests the City Council to call a joint public hearing of
the Commission, the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council at such time as it may
determine, in the Council Chambers in the Anaheim City Hall to consider and act upon the
proposed Recovery Plan and all documents and evidence pertaining thereto. (Aug 2~ 1994 5 ~.00 pm)
2. The Executive Director of Community Development shall, in cooperation with
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, schedule, prepare, publish and mail such notices and
documents, and do all other acts as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this
resolution.
