A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING
AND ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE
COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the City. Council of the City of Anaheim adopted Ordinance No. 2934 on June 8, 1971,
pursuant to Section 33201 of the California Community Redevelopment Law 0-Iealth and Safety Code Section
33000 et seq.), which created the_ Anaheim Community Redevelopment Commission (hereinafter the
"Commission") whose function, among other things, is to prepare a redevelopment plan for each proposed project
area; and

WHEREAS, the Commission has prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the
Commercial/Industrial Redevelopment Project (.the "Redevelopment Plan"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission has submitted the proposed Redevelopment Plan to the Planning
Commission of the City of Anaheim for its Report and Recommendations, and the Planning Commission by
Resolution No. PC93-127 adopted November 15, 1993 recommended approval and adoption of the proposed
Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has also prepared a Report to the City Council of the Cit>., of Anaheim on
the proposed Redevelopment Plan, said Report containing the items and information set forth in Health and
Safety Code Section 33352 and conforming to the requirements of the California Community Redevelopment
Law; and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1993, the Commission approved said Report and authorized submittal
of said Report and the proposed Redevelopment Plan to the City. Council; and
WHEREAS, on December 7, 1993, the City Council, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, (hereinafter
the "Agency") and the Commission held a joint public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Redevelopment
Plan; and . .
WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed and considered the Final EIR for the Plan prepared and
submit,ed pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21151 and Health and Safety Code Section 33352, has
certified the Final EIR, and has made certain environmental findings and adopted a Statement of Overriding
Considerations and a Mitigation Monitoring Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has considered the Final EIR as certified by the Agency, has also made
certain environmental findings and adopted a statement of Ovemding Considerations and a mitigation and
monitoring program, the Report and Recommendations of the Planning Commission and has provided an
oppommity for all persons to be heard and has considered all evidence and testimony presented for or against
any and all aspects of the proposed Redevelopment Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Agency has rc,,Scwed and ratified all previous actions taken by the Commission
concerning the adoption and preparation of the Redevelopment Plan for the Commercial/Industrial
Redevelopment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency as follows:

1. The Agency hereby ratifies the Commission's Resolution No. , approving and adopting the
Redevelopment Plan for the C6mmercial/Industrial Redevelopment Project and recommending that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim approve and adopt said Plan.
2. The Agency hereby approves and adopts the Redevelopment Plan for the Commercial/Industrial
Redevelopment Project and recommends that the Redevelopment Plan be approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency this 14 th day of December, 1993.
