RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CONSENTING TO JOINT PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE PROPOSED
REDEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE BROOKHURST COMMERCIAL
CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE
COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Community Redevelopment Commission has prepared,
pursuant to Section 33202 of the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code
Section 33000 et seq.) Redevelopment Plans for the Brookhurst Commercial Corridor
Redevelopment Project and the Commercial/Industrial Redevelopment Project ("Projects"); and
WHEREAS, Section 33355 of the California Community Redevelopment Law
authorizes joint public hearings on the proposed Redevelopment Plans with the consent of the
Commission, the Agency and the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
as follows:
1. The Agency hereby consents to joint public heatings on the proposed
Redevelopment Plans for the Projects and requests the City Council to call joint public heatings
of the Commission, the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council, at such time as it may
determine, in the Council Chambers in the Anaheim City Hall to consider and act upon the
proposed Redevelopment Plans and all documents and evidence pertaining thereto.
2. The Director of Community Development shall, in cooperation with the City
Clerk of the City of Anaheim, prepare, publish and mail such notices and documents, and do all
other acts as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this resolution.
