A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:15 p.m. on January 8, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:32 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$448,783.08 for the period ending January 8, 1993, in accordance with the
1992-93 Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 123: Approving a Negotiating Agreement with the Anaheim Boys and Girls
Club, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute said Negotiating
Agreement to discuss development of a program for the Boys and Girls Club and
a facility to be located in Central Anaheim; to identify funding sources; to
finalize selection of a site and site plan; and to draft a lease between the
Agency and the Boys and Girls Club.
2. 161: Approving minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting held
December 8, 1992.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:33 p.m.)
