A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:33 p.m. on May 7, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:22 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$3,523,539.55 for the period ending May 7, 1993, in accordance with the
1992-93 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 4: On motion by Agency Member Feldhaus, seconded
by Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Feldhaus offered
Resolution No. ARA93-7 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 152: RESOLUTION NO. ARA93-7: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO TAKE SUCH ACTIONS AS NECESSARY TO
PROTECT THE AGENCY'S INTEREST IN CERTAIN DEEDS OF TRUSTS; AND ADOPTING
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATED THERETO.
2. 158: Authorizing the Executive Director to approve payment of relocation
costs in an amount not to exceed $103,350 for Case No. 883-TB (Anaheim
Plaza).
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development noted a change in
the subject amount from $100,350 to $103,350.
3. 155/123: The Negative Declaration in connection with the Loan Agreement
by and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Jamboree Housing
Corporation to provide for the development of up to 60 townhouse style
condominium units on property located at 608 West Vermont Avenue was
submitted.
Staff requests a continuance of this item to Tuesday, June 8, 1993. Item
No. 3 was continued to June 8, 1993.
4. 161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held
April 6, 1993.
