A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:40 p.m. on May 14, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:35 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$403,171.36 for the period ending May 14, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-93
Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 & 2: On motion by Agency Member Simpson, seconded by
Agency Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with
the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on
the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Simpson offered Resolution
No. ARA93-8 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. Agency Member Feldhaus
was absent.
1. 161: Adopting the Anaheim Center Small Business Program for interest
reduction grants for commercial tenant improvements within the Downtown
Project Alpha boundaries.
2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA93-8: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND HELPING OUR MENTALLY ILL EXPERIENCE SUCCESS, INC.
