A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:45 p.m. on June 25, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:20 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$506,377.44 for the period ending June 25, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-
93 Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: On motion by Agency Member Daly, seconded by
Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Daly offered Resolution
Nos. ARA93-12 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. Agency Member Pickler
was absent.
1. 107: Awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Three D
Service Demolition Contractors, in the amount of $203,431 for demolition,
asbestos removal and site clearance (contract D93-1) for twenty-eight Agency-
owned properties located in downtown Project Alpha.
2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA93-12: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVLEOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 80 FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. (Installation
of new historic street light reproductions and street trees in Neighborhood
Preservation Area I - Downtown Project Alpha.)
