Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 1:45 p.m. on August 6, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:48 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $275,044.51 for the period ending August 6, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-93 Budget, were approved. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency agenda items. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: On motion by Agency Member Daly, seconded by Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Lance Garber, Esq., for legal consultant services to continue work in progress on a number of high priority projects. 2. 123: Approving the First Implementation Agreement to First Amended and Restated Owner Participation Loan Agreement by and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Wood Bridge Village, Inc.; and authorizing the Agency Executive Director to take all actions necessary or desirable to carry out the First Implementation Agreement including, without limitation, making modifications thereto and granting reasonable extensions of time to those issues that do not have a material adverse effect on the intent of the Agency. 3. 161: Finding that Miller Trucking will provide substantial benefits to the welfare of the City of Anaheim; and approving, pursuant to Section 17.32.050 of Title 17 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Agency funding of a Master Plan of Highway Improvement, in lieu of Miller Trucking paying the Transportation Impact and Improvement Fee.
