A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:50 p.m. on October 29, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:22 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$18,847.51 for the period ending October 29, 1993, in accordance with the
1993-94 Budget, were approved.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 4: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by
Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving the First Amendment to Agreement with
Cotton/Beland/Assoclates, Inc., in the amount of $35,000 for environmental
consulting services, and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute the
Amendment.
2. 123: Approving the First Amendment to Agreement with The IBI Group, in
the amount of $70,000 for urban planning services, and authorizing the
Chairman and Secretary to execute said Amendment.
3. 123: To consider approving an Owner Participation Agreement between the
Agency, the City of Anaheim and Universal Alloy Corporation in connection with
a business retention and expansion project for Universal Alloy's facility at
2971 La Palma Avenue; and authorizing the Executive Director to sign any
documents necessary to implement this project. (Continued from the meeting of
10/26/93, Agency 1.)
Staff again requested a one-week continuance of this item which was granted by
the Agency.
4. 161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting
October 12, 1993.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Simpson
