Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 1:25 p.m. on May 15, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:47 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $734,500.75 for the period ending May 15, 1992, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 THROUGH 3: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 161: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, PKB/Rives Joint Venture, in the amount of $839,134 for construction of the Central Anaheim Child Care Center; and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second lowest bidder, as well as waiving any irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders. 2. 175: waiving Council Policy 306, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order, in the amount of $1,127,615.60 to Harpers, Inc., for the purchase of modular work stations by sole source for City Hall West. 3. 175: Awarding a contract to the lowest bidder McMahan's Business Interiors of Anaheim, in the amount of $64,416, for installation of Harpers modular work stations (demountable partitions) for City Hall West - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I; and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder, as well as waiving any irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders.
