Sohl REDEVELOPMENT/ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Richard Bruckner A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on June 5, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:46 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $763,076.91 for the period ending June 5, 1992, in accordance with the 1991-92 Budget, were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 THROUGH 5: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 161: Approving the Kroeger/Melrose District Design Guidelines (Neighborhood Preservation Area IV). Agency Member Daly commended staff for the fine work done on the subject guidelines; Chairman Hunter joined in the commendation. 2. 161: Awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Mesa Contracting Corporation, in the amount of $27,150 for grading of nine residential lots located in Area V - bounded by East Street, Lincoln Avenue, Vine Street and Broadway, (Contract No. G92-1). 3. 123: Approving an Agreement with Port & Flor, Inc., for assistance in the preparation, implementation, and administration of relocation plans, programs, policies and procedures, and related matters. 4. 107: Awarding the contract to the sole bidder, Snow House Movers, in the amount of $121,340 for the moving of twelve historic homes (Contract No. HM92-1). 5. 161: Approving minutes of the meeting held May 5, 1992.
