A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 1:30 p.m. on July 24, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:26 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$274,299.32 for the period ending July 24, 1992, in accordance with the
1992-93 Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-3: On motion by Agency Member Simpson, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 175: Approving Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $315,692 for the
parking structure located at 295 West Harbor Place, a component of the Koll
Anaheim Center Development, to construct food court tenant improvements
previously approved by the Agency.
2. 161: Approving a Change Order for Atchison Street Site Grading (Contract
No. G92-1), in the amount of $15,089.68 for extra work associated with site
grading of nine residential lots on Atchison Street in Anaheim Center.
3. 161: Approving the modifications to the artist's schematic drawings for
artwork in Koll Anaheim Center.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
