Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 2:25 p.m. on December 4, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:50 p.m.. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $186,584.07 for the period ending December 4, 1992, in accordance with the 1992-93 Budget, were approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-3: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. 1. 161: RESOLUTION NO. ARA92-26: Receiving the Preliminary Plan for the Brookhurst Commercial Corridor Redevelopment Project; establishing the proposed base year assessment roll; authorizing the transmittal of a map, boundary description and a statement to taxing officials and agencies; and authorizing payment of a filing fee to the State Board of Equalization. 2. 161: RESOLUTION NO. ARA92-27: Receiving the Preliminary Plan for the Commercial/Industrial Redevelopment Project; establishing the proposed base year assessment roll; authorizing the transmittal of a map, boundary description and a statement to taxing officials and agencies; and authorizing payment of a filing fee to the State Board of Equalization. Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. This is a preliminary step and only the very beginning of the process. Staff will be presenting a great deal more material over the next nine months. She is requesting Agency approval. Chairman Daly. These are two very big steps which will launch two new Redevelopment areas. As Mrs. Stipkovich stated, there are preliminary steps which will start the process for the Brookhurst Street Corridor and the South Anaheim Boulevard Corridor. 3. 161: Approving minutes of the Agency meeting held November 3, 1992. Agency Member Pickler offered Resolution Nos. ARA92-26 and ARA92-27 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. 92-88
