Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:10 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $5,808.00 for the period ending March 19 1996, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were approved. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority Agenda items. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: On molJon by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member Feldhaus the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. . 152: RESOLUTION NO. 96R-36: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACTS WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (FOR THE SECTION 8 PROGRAM). . 123: Approving a Tri-Party Agreement among the Anaheim Housing Authority, Seattle-First National Bank and Harris Trust Company, and Harris Trust and Savings Bank transferring the paying agency function and trustee appointment for the Variable Rate Demand Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds 1986 Series A (Sage Park). 123: Approving a Tri-Party Agreement among the Anaheim Housing Authority, Seattle-First National Bank and Harris Trust Company, and Harris Trust and Savings Bank transferring the paying agency funclJon and trustee appointment for the Variable Rate Demand Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds 1986 Series A (Harbor Cliff). 3. 177: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held February 27, 1996.
