on April 5, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:29 p.m.
RNANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $168,416.13 for
the period ending April 1, 1996, and $34,790.98 for the period ending April 8, 1996, in accordance with the
1995-96 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBUC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member Lopez the
following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each
Authority Members and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

177: Approving the Revision of SeclJon 8 Administrative Plan which calls for the suspension of the use
of federal preferences in the selection of applicants from the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program;
and approving the recommended local preference criteria.
177: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meetings held March 12, 1996, and March
19, 1996.
