A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 10:50
a.m. on June 7, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:25 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $322.15
for the period ending June 7, 1996, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority
Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS t - 2: On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member
Feldhaus the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

123: Approving the Locality Agreement substantially in the form attached between Southern
California Home Finance Authority (SCHFA is a joint power authority for Orange and Los
Angeles counties) and the Anaheim Housing Authority to offer first time Home Buyers Iow
interest mortgage money and down payment assistance.
Submitted was report dated June 11, 1996 which outlined the details of the agreement.
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. She noted it is a great opportunity for
the Authority being able to participate in the program and hope to be able to participate in future bond
issues by this entity.
Authority Member Zemel abstained on this item.
2. 177: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held May 14, 1996.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Daly moved to adjourn, Authority Member Feldhaus seconded the motion.
