A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted at 12:00
p.m. on June 21, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:54 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $6,556.11
for the period ending June 21, 1996, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing Authority
Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS t - 2: On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Authority Member
Zemel the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Authority Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA96-4: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING FINANCING FOR ACQUISITION AND REHABILITATION OF VILLA SERRANO
APARTMENT HOMES.
Richard Bruckner, Redevelopment/Economic Development Manager first answered questions posed by
Authority Members Zemel and Feldhaus for purposes of clarification. He explained that the proposed
action obligates the Housing Authority to nothing. All it does is set a guidepost for beginning of
discussions. The developer receives a benefit of tax-exempt financing if and when they go forward. The
Authority is helping to facilitate the tax-exempt financing.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA96-4 duly passed and adopted.
