A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 2:40 p.m. on July 7, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:21 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of $4,003.38 for the period ending June 30, 1995 and $752.47 for the
period ending July 7, 1995 in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were
approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Housing Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-2: on motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by
Authority Member Zemel, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

177: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY ADOPTING THE WAGE DETERMINATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS AND DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING
OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES.
MOTION. Authority Member Daly moved to continue action on the subject
resolution for one week so that it can be rewritten to include that the
Authority is required to adopt the wage determinations under State law. (See
discussion under Redevelopment Agency minutes of July 11, 1995.) Authority
Member Zemel seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
