A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 1:20 p.m. on April 8, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:50 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$6,030.52 for the period ending March 28, 1994; $10,250.31 for the period
ending April 4, 1994 and $1,023.89 for the period ending April 11, 1994, in
accordance with the 1993-94 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: On motion by Authority Member Hunter, seconded
by Authority Member Daly the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Hunter offered
Resolution No. AHA94-1 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book. Authority
Member Pickler was absent.
1. 152: RESOLUTION NO. AHA94-1: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE
CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACTS WITH THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. (Section 8 Housing Program.)
2. 177: Approving submission of a letter of intent to assume administration
of the Section 8 Aftercare Program from the State Department of Housing and
Community Development, and authorizing the Executive Director to sign said
letter.
3. 177: Approving minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held March 15,
1994.
