A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 11:40 a.m. on April 15, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:39 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HouSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$2,267.08 for the period ending April 15, 1994, in accordance with the 1993-94
Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-2: On motion by Authority Member Simpson, seconded
by Authority Member Hunter the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Members Feldhaus and Pickler
were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
1. 123: Approving (1) the Cooperative Agreement between the City of Anaheim
and Anaheim Housing Authority and, (2) a Negotiation Agreement with Related
Residential Companies of Southern California for the South of Romneya
Neighborhood Revitalization Plan, and (3) amending the FY 1993-94 Budget by
decreasing revenues and expenditures in Programs 235-7214 and 707-7217 and
increasing revenues and expenditures in Program 702-7213 by $1,745,000.
2. 177: Approving minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held March 22,
1994.

ADJOURNMENT: Authority Member Daly moved to adjourn, Authority Member Simpson
seconded the motion. Authority Members Feldhaus and Pickler were absent.
