A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 3:20 p.m. on June 24, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all
items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:11 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$83,839.73 for the period ending June 24, 1994 in accordance with the 1993-94
Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 -2:: On motion by Authority Member Simpson, seconded
by Authority Member Hunter the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.

RESOLUTION NO. HA94-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE LEASE AND OPTION AGREEMENT FOR CITY HALL
WEST, BETWEEN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND CITY FOR 2ND FLOOR OFFICE
SPACE.
2. Approving minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held June 7, 1994.

ADJOURNMENT: Housing Authority Member Daly moved to adjourn, Housing
Authority Member Simpson seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:12 p.m.)
