A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 2:15 p.m. on September 16, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:18 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$4,094.08 for the period ending September 16, 1994, in accordance with the
1993-94 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Authority Member Hunter, seconded
by Authority Member Feldhaus the following actions were authorized in .
accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Authority Member Simpson
was absent.
1. 137: RESOLUTION NO. AHA94-5: A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINANCING
AGREEMENT AND AN AMENDED AND RESTATED INDENTURE OF TRUST, AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY THEREOF, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION
AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS AND ACTIONS TAKEN IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE BEL AGE APARTMENTS PROJECT (located at 1660 W. Broadway).
