A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Housing Authority was
posted at 4:00 p.m. on February 5, 1993 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing
all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to
order at 5:32 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of
$720.07 for the period ending February 5, 1993, in accordance with the 1992-93
Budget, were approved.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Housing
Authority Agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS: No items of public interest were addressed.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 and 2: On motion by Authority Member Pickler,
seconded by Authority Member Simpson the following actions were authorized in
accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Authority
Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-2: Delegating to the Executive Director the
authority to approve and execute certain amendments to consolidated annual
contribution contracts (Section 8 Program) with the United States of America.
Authority Member Pickler offered Resolution No. AHA93-2 for adoption. Refer
to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA93-2: RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
DELEGATING TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR THE AUTHORITY TO APPROVE AND EXECUTE
CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACTS (SECTION 8
PROGRAM) WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
